Reading books
I rarely read books even though I like to read. A few years ago, I started to read a book, then another one and another one.
Now they are all started but no one is finished. It’s not that any of them where boring so I don’t know why I just don’t finish them all, one at the time.
I have many books that I want to read on a shelf in a closet. Someday they will be read, that’s what I say to myself and at the moment I mean it. Because of that I rarely buy books, they will just be unread gathering dust in my closet like the other ones I have.
Then the ad came along
While scrolling on Facebook there was an ad catching my eye. It was a book about medical herbs that can help out with people’s health. What caught my eye was the information about herbs that can help out when having different diseases.
So… I bought the book for $37.
The book can be used like an encyclopaedia. You can search on the herbs and on diseases and the book has a good and informative approach with pictures of the herbs, information about how to use them and in some cases warnings not to use them in specific situations or use them too much.
I would have liked to have an inbound book, but it came in a digital PDF-format.
Free books too
The Lost Book Of Herbal Remedies is written by Nicole Apelian and Claude Davis. There are a lot of reading (306 pages). This book came with two other books to, Everyday Disaster Medicin Guidebook by Claude Davis and The 80 Square-feet Medicinal Garden but I don’t know who the author are on that one.
I had to check out Nicole Apelians homepage thelostplants.com and I found it fascinating. There are lots of information in text and videos and I think you all can have use of the information on that homepage.
When getting all these books I knew I had to share them with you. I strongly believe that eating the right things will make the body feeling better and many of the herbs are forgotten for most of us. There are much to learn about our fantastic nature.
My next step
So, when getting the books digital instead of inbound I can choose to read them on my phone or computer, I can also choose to print them out. I prefer to have the pages in my hand so the only option for me is to start my printer and find something to gather the pages in. Time to learn some more to get my health back.
